covid-19 guidance from 24 february 2022

Covid 19 guidance

Today the Government has published its 'Plan for Living with COVID-19' and this document removes the need to self isolate if you test positive, but the guidance is that anyone who does test positive should stay at home and self-isolate immediately.

As Covid is still a risk for some people, and at the garden we have a very diverse membership, can I ask anyone who has any health concerns or who tests positive for Covid not to attend any sessions to avoid inadvertently spreading the virus to other members.  Over the last two years we have managed the situation very successfully, so thank you to everyone who has abided by the rules.

To keep us all safe into the future, can we please follow this general guidance:

  1. wash your hands regularly,
  2. respect social distancing rules,
  3. feel free to wear a mask if you feel safer,
  4. don't come to the garden if you feel unwell, and
  5. carry on taking the necessary steps to reduce the spread of the virus.

It is no longer necessary to sign in with the NHS app or use the registration sheets at the garden.

Thank you for your co-operation.

More details of the current guidance can be found at https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus
